I recently completed a Sugar Flower Bouquet course at Cake Decorating Central.

The course was held on each Thursday night for 8 weeks.

We learnt how to make David Austin Roses, Tulips, Freesias, and Ivy Leaves.  The David Austin Roses were the most time consuming because there were so many petals to cut out!

The finished bouquet looks beautiful!  It is on display in my lounge room.
