My latest cake was for my Mother-in-Law’s birthday.  Her birthday fell on the day of the second State of Origin game, so I just had to incorporate some New South Wales colours!

Because I need to practice my square cakes, I decided on a square present box cake with a bow in white and two shades of blue.

I was so happy with this cake – my best square yet!
