This Giant Nutcracker Prince Cake was made in class at Cake Decorating Central over 5 Thursday nights.

I learnt a lot creating this cake including working with rice crispy treats and styrofoam.

I was very happy with my Giant Nutcracker Prince and it made my house look very festive
