Over the past two weeks at Cake Decorating Central, we have been making this Frangipani Box.  This is the first time I have made frangipanis, and I thought they were going to be easy!  By the time I had the hang of it, I had run out of time, so there are only about two good frangipanis in the box!  The box is a styrofoam square covered in fondant.

I definitely need a lot of practice in the frangipani making department, but they are one of my favourite flowers because they remind me of my favourite holiday destination, Hawaii (where I am going in 4 weeks and 5 days!) so I will make it my mission to perfect them!
